What we collect

If you create a free account, we collect your name and email so you can sign in, and the bets you record yourself in My Bets. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account. If you buy Elite, Stripe takes the payment and we never see your full card number. Stripe keeps the country and billing address you enter, which decide the tax, and we keep a record that you ticked the box asking for access to start at once. If you create a Data API key, we keep the key and count your requests for the quota. If you write to us in the chat, through the contact form or with Report error, we keep what you write. If you took part in the old forum or the World Cup game, those messages and picks stay with your account. If you browse without an account, we handle only basic technical data, such as your IP address and device type, to serve the pages and keep the site secure. The site is for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18

Why we can use it

We run your account, take Elite payments and send the emails about them because you asked for it, which forms our agreement with you. We keep payment records because tax law requires it. We keep the record of your tick at checkout and basic technical and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in proving the terms of a purchase and keeping the site working and safe. We answer your messages because you wrote to us. We send the emails you turn on in settings and use analytics only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time

How we use it

We use your email to run your account, for account emails such as verification and password resets, for Stripe receipts and the Elite confirmation, and to answer you. We send new picks, bet results, line moves or product news only if you turn them on in settings, and every such email has a link to stop them. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or build profiles on you

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. If you write in the chat without an account, a second essential cookie keeps that chat in this browser. When you sign in with Google, a few service cookies are set for a few minutes. Your settings, such as timezone and odds format, stay in your browser's localStorage, not in cookies. These need no consent because the site cannot work properly without them. You can block cookies in your browser, but then you cannot sign in

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site so we can improve it. It runs only after you accept it, and you can reject or withdraw it at any time from the cookie notice. When analytics is on, Google processes this data as our provider. We also count page views and a few clicks on our own server without cookies or identifiers, so these numbers cannot be linked to you. For these counts we look up your country from your IP address at the moment of the visit with the free DB-IP Lite database, and we keep only the country, never the address. If analytics is on when you buy Elite, Google Analytics learns about the purchase, without your name or email. Google Analytics keeps this data for no longer than 14 months

Who we share it with

We keep your data with our hosting provider on servers in the European Union. Stripe processes Elite payments. Resend sends our emails, and our mailbox, where your messages to us arrive, is with Zoho in the European Union. Google processes the related data if you sign in with Google or turn analytics on. Our accountant and the tax office get payment records when tax law requires it. Stripe, Resend and Google may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by data protection law. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone

Data storage

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, apart from what the law makes us keep. Payment records stay for 5 years from the end of the year the tax was due, as Polish tax law requires. The record of your tick at checkout stays for 3 years after Elite ends. Chat messages are deleted together with your account, and a chat started without an account is deleted a year after its last message. Error reports you sent stay without your name. Our own technical counts keep no IP address and are deleted after 30 to 90 days. Backup copies are overwritten within 15 days

Bookmakers

We do not link to bookmakers, show their names or take money from them, and we pass your personal data to no bookmaker

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict some uses of it. You can download your data and delete your account yourself in settings. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us and we will take care of it. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to a data protection authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)
