What this is
Flintstat is a sports-statistics project. We estimate match outcomes with a model and, as an example, compare those estimates with publicly available bookmaker odds to see who is more accurate. We promise no profit
Using the site
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Most of the site is free, and Elite is a paid plan. A free account lets you track your own bets
Elite subscription
Elite is billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, at the price shown before you pay, tax included. It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account with Manage subscription. Elite then stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and no further payment is taken. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries the card again, and Elite ends if the payment does not go through. Deleting your account cancels Elite at once, without a refund
Refunds
Payments are not refunded, including for part of a month, unless the law requires it. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Access starts as soon as you subscribe, so by starting the subscription you ask for access to start at once and accept that you lose this right of withdrawal
Not betting advice
The statistics, model estimates and odds comparisons are information and research only, not betting or financial advice. Nothing here is a tip, a recommendation, or a promise of profit. Betting carries risk. Only stake what you can afford to lose, only where it is legal for you, and only if you are 18 or older. Your decisions are your own
Fair use
The statistics, text and code on the site are ours. You are welcome to read and use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not scrape, republish or resell them without permission, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site
Accuracy
We work to keep the data correct and current, but it is provided as is, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. Odds and results can change and may contain errors
Governing law
These terms follow applicable local law, including GDPR where it applies
